Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you if any significant delays are expected. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States: - **Standard Shipping:** $5.99 flat rate on all orders. - **Free Shipping:** Complimentary on orders of $75.00 or more (before tax). Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped: - **Standard Shipping:** 5-8 business days - **Expedited Shipping:** 2-4 business days (when available) Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order in the following ways: - **Track on Our Website:** Visit bymygraces.com/tracking and enter your order number and email address. - **Carrier Website:** Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email directly on the carrier's website. - **Contact Us:** Email [email protected] with your order number for tracking assistance. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, ByMyGraces ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and US territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date: - **Lost Packages:** We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion. - **Damaged Packages:** Please take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s), and email them to [email protected] along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please inspect your package upon delivery. Signing for a delivery without noting damage may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
